During an appearance on the Tonight Show, Jaime Foxx apologized to Miley Cyrus for the comments he made about her on his satellite radio show, the Foxxhole. Foxx said he's a comedian and doesn't mean any of the things he says. He also said that the jokes were taken out of context and blown out of proportion; so, he wanted to nip it in the bud.
I'm glad he stepped up and apologized.

I'm glad he apologized too. However, being a comedian isn't justification. Miley Cyrus is a child and Jaime Foxx is an adult. It reminds me of the "beef" Ice T had with Soulja Boy. Juvenile.
